Salary: Competitive, based on experience

PAY - �89 - �110 per day

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students thrive in a positive and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to provide individual and group support, assisting students with their learning, helping with classroom management, and encouraging their personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with the delivery of lessons
• Work with small groups or individual students to enhance learning and understanding
• Assist students with additional needs, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and materials
• Promote the well-being and personal development of students

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (desirable)
• A passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their best
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and able to motivate students
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (if not already in place)
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
