Simply Education is thrilled to be working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lincoln that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Easter break.

Location: Lincoln
Pay: �82 - �94 per day
Hours: Full-time

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of children aged 4 to 11 years. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the educational and social development of pupils, helping them to thrive in a positive and nurturing environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to children
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Supporting the emotional and social development of pupils
• Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school-based experience is a bonus)
• A patient, supportive, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
• A willingness to adapt and get involved in school life
