Job Description:

We are currently looking for experienced teaching assistants who are looking to work in primary schools in Worcester.

\n

This role is to support across EYFS and KS1. The role is general cover supporting across the classroom working five days per week.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Working alongside the class teacher to ensure the students are well supported within the classroom
\n
• Help the students to develop their communication skills and further their learning in key
\n
• Provide feedback to parents and carers on the student's progress
\n
• Managing behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting within the last 3 years
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
\n
• A positive and compassionate attitude towards students
\n
• Able to be flexible, and ready for work!
\n
