Job Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Bridlington, YO16

Pay: from £95 to £110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

\n

\n
• Supporting students with their learning activities, both individually and in groups.
\n
• Assisting the teacher in preparing classroom resources and materials.
\n
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
\n
• Providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) where appropriate.
\n
• Supervising students during break times and other non-classroom activities.
\n
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support.
\n
• Following school policies and procedures.
\n
• Providing feedback to the teacher on student progress.
\n

\n

The ideal candidate MUST have:

\n

\n
• Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable).
\n
• A genuine passion for supporting student learning.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n
• Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
\n
• Two satisfactory professional references from the past two years.
\n
• A current Enhanced DBS check registered with the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
\n
