We are currently seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team at a primary school, working in a Year 4 class. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to contribute to the learning and development of children in a dynamic classroom environment. The position will involve carrying out general teaching assistant duties and providing support to both the class teacher and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities in Year 4.
Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.
Provide individual and small group support to pupils, helping them with their learning and development.
Support pupils with a variety of learning styles and needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
Help with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Assist in monitoring and tracking pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher where necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4 students.
A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children in their learning.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
