Simply Education is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in schools across the Uphill Lincoln area. Teaching Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Assisting with small group work and one-to-one student support
Helping manage classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Supporting students with additional needs where required
Preparing learning materials and helping with general classroom duties
Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting
A passion for supporting children's learning and development
Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to work in different school environments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
