Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: £450 - £550 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored support to children with special educational needs.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of Behavioural Support Plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Exhibiting strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Working both collaboratively and independently to meet students' needs.
• Possessing relevant qualifications in SEN or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Assisting and managing students with challenging behaviours across KS1 to KS3.
• Monitoring and implementing effective IEPs and Behavioural Support Plans.
• Partnering with teachers to foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
