Teaching Assistant - Secondary

Are you interested in supporting secondary school students?

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants in the Rugeley area to support the secondary schools we work with in this area. You do not need a qualification for this role, previous experience is desirable but not essential. If you have an interest in securing a role in secondary education and building your skills and confidence in various educational settings then this role could suit you! If you have access to your own transport we may also be able to offer you additional opportunities in surrounding areas such as Cannock, Lichfield etc.

As a TA you will support the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, supporting children to stay on task using effective classroom control techniques, manage student behaviour in line with school policies, provide learning support to students when required and assist with general school duties as required. This role may also include some one-to-one support with students when required.
