What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous classroom experience
- A love for being creative and making learning exciting
- Strong communication skills to connect with students, staff, and families
- A DBS check (or the willingness to get one)
What You’ll Do:
- Support students with 1:1 or group work
- Assist the teacher with planning and delivering fun, interactive lessons
- Be there to guide and encourage students with different learning needs
- Create a classroom atmosphere that’s positive, inclusive, and full of energy
