Xpert Resourcing are working with a friendly, well established business in Ely who are looking to add to their established team.



A real focus of this role is to offer exceptional customer service both internally and externally



Dutieswill include:




  • Responsible for administering all relevant documents and forms, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Manage schedules and coordinate the delivery of products and services.

  • Assist the invoicing team to make sure all billing is accurate.

  • Professionally deal with all contract queries and questions.

  • Answer and resolve any disputes with with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service.

  • Assist with general office and administration duties, including filing, scanning, and managing of relevant documents.



Experience / skills required:




  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.



Hours of Work:




  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
