Job Description

An award-winning commercial law firm based close to Liverpool Street station is seeking an Team Administrator, paying up to £26,500 on a 6 month fixed term contract.

\n

The Team Administrator will be the go-to person for one of the biggest teams in the business and will be assistant with all of the background administration during a busy time for them. This will be a great position for someone who is looking variety as well work with a supportive team.

\n

Due to the nature of the role, this will be a fully office based position.

\n

The role will involve the following:

    \n
  • General administrative support for the department and office, including filing and photocopying
  • \n
  • Assisting fee earners with preparation and collation of documentation e.g. copying files, sorting and printing trial bundles
  • \n
  • Archiving files
  • \n
  • General office support, such as providing assistance to colleagues, stationary stock control and other ad hoc duties such as delivery of documents to Court/clients
  • \n
  • Production and maintenance of case lists and spreadsheets
  • \n
  • To ensure files are organised and maintained in a tidy and accurate fashion both in hard copy and electronically
  • \n
  • Providing assistance with billing processes to include production of invoices and PO requests, liaising with clients and ensuring that invoices are saved and sent to clients in a timely fashion
  • \n
  • Formatting documents and any other relevant documentation
  • \n
  • Diary management for the fee earner(s)
  • \n
  • Preparation of comprehensive travel itineraries and book transport and accommodation
  • \n
  • Receiving phone calls from clients; routing them or taking messages as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will come from an administration background and will have at least 6 months experience working in a professional office. You will have a can-do attitude and be proactive in your approach to work. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working to multiple deadlines, you will enjoy being that go to person for a team.
