Location: PR2, Preston

Salary: £12.20 - £13.20 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 7am-3.30pm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supervising staff, operating machinery, and ensuring production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production line staff.


• Operate and oversee machinery to maintain efficient production.


• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.


• Monitor and enforce health & safety and hygiene regulations.


• Assist with training and development of team members.


• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience in food production or manufacturing.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.


• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.


• Flexibility to work shifts if required.
