Resourcing group are proud to be working with a Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance company based nr to Cullompton. They pride themselves in the work they do within the South West of England for the Commercial and Local Authority works, schools. green open spaces.

They are looking to appoint a new team leader due to expansion for their teams and this will be working out of their depot locally

You will be responsible for :-

• all aspects of the grounds maintenance including cutting grass, strimming, weeding.
• crew van with a team and all equipment.
• liaison with clients and customers
• training of the team on the role.
• keeping tools clean and tidy
• before and after photos
• timesheets approval
• supervise team members ensuring standards are met

Ideal Requirements :-

• a full driving licence
• previous team leader experience
• spraying tickets - ideal but not essential.
• knowledge of planting
• ability to work under pressure
