Team Leader - Manufacturing

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS)�are urgently recruiting for a�Team Leader�to join our well established, global manufacturing business in the heart of�Halesowen.

Shifts:

• 05:30 - 13:30 / 13:30 - 21:30


• Monday to Friday


• Rotating shifts

Role:�As a Team Leader, you will:

• Supervise the section team to ensure all tasks are performed safely, following company health and safety procedures.


• Ensure everyone wears the correct safety clothing and equipment.


• Ensure the production schedule is followed correctly.


• Ensure all operations follow company procedures.


• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.


• Manage the receipt of materials from suppliers.


• Plan and organize the supply of materials to the section.


• Investigate any issues and provide information to the production manager.


• Participate in disciplinary and motivational meetings with the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment is essential.
