The Criminal Fines Collection and Enforcement (Enforcement) department plays a central role in delivering justice by working alongside the Criminal Courts in England and Wales to ensure convicted parties comply with fines and other financial penalties imposed by the Courts.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

you will be managing a team of 15 staff between two team leaders

\n

\n
• \nTeam Leadership: Manage and develop a team, allocating workloads and ensuring performance standards are met. Use Lean TIBs, SOPs, and continuous improvement tools to drive efficiency.
\n
• \nCustomer Service: Oversee team interactions with stakeholders, ensuring excellent service and resolving escalated issues promptly.
\n
• \nPerformance Management: Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. deal with any HR issues that arise
\n
• \nProcess Improvement: Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
\n
• \nAdministrative Support: Ensure accurate data entry, document management, and reporting in compliance with relevant policies.
\n

• \nLeadership: Experience leading a team, with strong motivational and organisational skills.
\n
• \nCustomer Service: Proven background in customer-focused administrative roles, with excellent communication skills.
\n
• \nIT Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems.
\n
• \nProcess Improvement: Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices.
\n
• \nAdministrative Skills: Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
\n
