An Exciting Opportunity to Lead in Adult Social Care

\n

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join a CQC-registered Supported Living Service rated "Good." This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a service dedicated to empowering adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

About the Role

\n

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing and developing a high-quality, person-centred service. You will also oversee the Community Outreach Team, supporting service users across Wembley to maintain independence and engage in meaningful activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a diverse staff team, ensuring high standards of care and support.
  • \n
  • Working closely with service users, families, and professionals to develop tailored support plans.
  • \n
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • \n
  • Developing a strength-based approach and promoting independence and confidence-building among residents.
  • \n
  • Supporting the Team Manager in achieving an Outstanding CQC rating.
  • \n
