Job Opportunity: Team Leader Supported Living
Location: Skipton
Contract: Permanent
Salary: starting £28,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements: Must be a car driver
P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Support Team Leader to work with a company who enable vulnerable adults to be the best they can be and help them to develop their skills so they can live independently.
The Support Team Leader will be responsible for Carrying out front line leadership - be visible and lead by example
Motivate staff to provide outstanding 24 hour care
Develop staff and ensure they can provide support to all individuals
Make sure the environment is risk managed and safeguarding is paramount
Act as an ambassador for the company
Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Be a team player with heaps of enthusiasm
Bring positive energy to the workplace
Must be a driver
