Team Leader Job Description

Office-Based Team Leader
Chessington Surrey (KT9)
Salary: £2000 per month (Increased to £2500 after probation period)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (office-based)

Responsibilities:
Managing a team of engineers.
Providing quotes to clients.
Maintaining a strong lasting relationship with clients.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Monitor team performance.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Decision-making skills.
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
