T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Team Leader to join their team on a Permanent�basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global Company who offer some excellent benefits including on-going training and a 1pm finish on a Friday!� Due to the location, own transport is required.

Team Leader Job Details & Benefits;

• �29,852.16 per annum to start increasing after a successful probationary period


• Day shift with an early finish on a Friday


• Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 6am-1pm

Team Leader Job Details;

• Prepare the shop floor for daily production


• Review production set-ups for accuracy and quality requirements


• Monitor daily production


• Ensure all employees follow health and safety policies and procedures


• Assist in health & safety or quality investigations


• Perform stock takes


• Ensure document control is being completed properly


• Communicate with other departments


• Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing process


• Must have some basic understanding of Outlook, Teams and Excel (Full training on internal ERP system will be provided)

The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit.

Team Leader Person Specification;

• Previous Team Leader experience is essential


• Experience within manufacturing/production would be advantageous


• Strong H&S awareness is required


• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the business


• Strong attention to detail and ability to record accurate information
