Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Team Leader who has a strong capability and proven track record of managing a team of individuals and has experience in the pharmaceutical field.
Full time, permanent role.
Monday - Friday
9.00am - 5.30pm
GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
The main responsibilities of the Team Leader include but are not limited to:
· Raising client invoices in a timely and accurate manner and promptly collecting all fees due to minimise aged debtors and disputes.
· Be accountable and responsible for up to 100 designated accounts ensuring timely and accurate billing and specialist debt management.
· Handle any escalated patient or client disputes and resolve quickly and effectively to ensure continued high quality service.
· Lead regular client meetings to gain feedback on service levels, and to highlight any improvements needed.
· Relationship management with existing clients and working with the management and sales teams to ensure seamless on boarding of new clients.
· Manage and analyse client debt levels with the view to reduce targeted aged debt and report any significant problem areas to the senior management team.
· Managing up to five Accounts Receivable and Collection Specialists including setting and managing each team members individual KPIs to deliver the highest quality of service.
· Being the first point of contact for all members in the team, overseeing quality of work and assessing performance levels as well as resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
· Coaching and motivating all team members to boost morale, productivity and performance.
· Handling regular and daily requests from team members including amending and deleting invoices, issuing refunds to patients or clients and importing CCSD codes and fees and account holders to each billing software.
· Responsible for authorising, monitoring and tracking staff absence ensuring correct levels of cover to enable a continued running of operations.
· Attend regular senior management meetings to provide updates on team performance and client satisfaction levels.
The required skills of the Team Leader are:
· Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
· Very strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with different levels of staff from client directors to administrators.
· Ability to follow a structured process to ensure compliance but able to work independently whilst meeting critical deadlines.
· Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft 365, Teams, Practice management and payment systems.
· Strong ability to motivate and coach whilst maintaining excellent relationships.
· Be supportive, positive with high energy and passionate about growing a business.
