Team Leader - Leakage Detection

Our client specialises in providing leakage services to the water sector. They have a team of highly skilled Technicians that reduce water leakage on critical trunk mains and within the distribution network using the latest methods and technologies. They are looking to hire a Team Leader to work specifically in the Thames Valley area.

The Team Leader will oversee a team of 5 Technicians working a combination of Day shifts (7am to 3pm Mon to Fri) and Night shifts (9am to 4pm Mon - Thurs). As such, they are looking for someone who can be flexible and work across both shift patterns as and when required.

Skills & Experience

• Experienced in leak detection and water networks.
• Experience in confirming leaks.
• Knowledge of the trunk main network
• Knowledge of leak detection equipment and methods.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office applications and GIS software for the completion of reports and record keeping.
• Good communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Ideally you will have the following qualifications

• EUSR Water Hygiene Card.
• NRSWA Unit 2 or 01 Signing, Lighting and Guarding.
• Confined space training is preferred but not essential.
