Team Leader

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Leader in Manchester. We are looking for someone that has got good experience working with UV lining and drainage works.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of UV Lining, including operatives.
• Surveys for the drainage systems to identify defects and determine their suitability for UV lining.
• Installation of UV lining solutions for the pipelines, culverts, and other drainage structures on site.
• Mange a full gang on site.
• Using specific equipment for UV lining installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of lining projects.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to plan and execute lining projects efficiently and effectively.
• Liaise with production team on site to go through project progression and activity
• Inductions and site briefs
• Ensure the contract is carried out correctly to timescales, mark up programmes and drawings with the progress on a weekly basis
• Promote and implement safety arrangements and methods of working to ensure compliance
• Site recordings

What You'll Need:

• SSSTS
• UV Lining and drainage experience
• Team Leader experience is essential
• Valid UK driving license
• Ability to work flexible hours
