Team Leader

Do you have experience within the manufacturing sector and are you ready to be part of an industry-leading team? We're seeking a driven individual to elevate our client's production operations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to assist in leading a team working within a manufacturing factory.

Working Hours (must be flexible depending on client requirement):

Mon - Thurs: 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production tasks.
• Ensure company policies and regulations are followed.
• Keep track of production schedules and processes.
• Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Train and manage production staff.
• Find ways to reduce costs and improve production quality.
• Oversee adherence to Environmental and Health & Safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues with staff performance or production issues.
• Keep accurate records of staff performance, equipment maintenance, and production results.
• Ensure the factory is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.

• Ability to build good relationships with suppliers.
