Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

Job Title: Team Leader (Full-Time, Temporary)
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: �12.74 per hour
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 37 hours per week

About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive Team Leader to supervise a team within the Family Courts department at HMCTS Bury St Edmunds on a temporary basis. You'll ensure smooth operations, manage performance, and provide guidance to the team, all while supporting the court system's efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team within the Family Courts department
  • Manage a team of 12 - 14 Telephony Officers
  • Oversee telephony support and ensure timely responses to inquiries
  • Ensure accurate document and data management
  • Organise agendas and assist with meetings and training

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach
