Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality assurance and complaints management?
In this role, you will oversee team operations, manage complex cases, and ensure the effective auditing and resolution of complaints.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the Audit and Complaints Team, providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members.
Conducting comprehensive audits of services to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Providing expert advice and decision-making support on complex cases and complaints.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and service users to improve service delivery.
Monitoring team performance, implementing improvements, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audits, complaints, interventions, and outcomes in line with legal and professional standards.
