Team Manager - Case Management

Opus people solutions on behalf of Shropshire Council have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join their Team.

Manage team of 6 Social Workers, one Family Support Worker and one Apprentice Social Worker covering the south of Shropshire (Bridgnorth, Ludlow etc).

Team holds children subject to CIN, CP, PLO and in court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• case manage children
• provide monthly supervision for social workers
• complete dip samples and audits to evidence children's plans are being progressed
• performance management, ensure clear oversight,
• Work as part of management team of 6 TMs within the Case Management and Court Service under the direction of the Service Manager
