Team Manager required in Redbridge's children with disability service!
\nThe Team Manager will manage a Team of one Practice Manager and up to 7 social workers in the Children with Diabilities Service which manages a range of children on Child Protection and Child in Need plans, as well as children in the care of the local authority. The Team manager will provide supervision and support to the social workers and quality assure the work completed. They will also complete strategic tasks alongside the Head of Service who will be their direct line manager.
