Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting families?
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of services, manage a dedicated team of professionals, and ensure that families receive the support they need to improve their lives.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the Families First team in Shildon & Chilton, providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members.
Overseeing the assessment and intervention processes to ensure that the needs of families are accurately identified and met.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community organizations to coordinate and deliver effective support.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of services, making adjustments as needed to meet the needs of families.
