Connect2Socialwork are looking for a Team manager to cover a busy Family Safeguarding Team in Dudley Council
Daily duties include:
- Supervising staff
- Allocating work
- Chairing Multi agency strategy meetings
- Chairing PLO meetings
- Quality assuring work
- Supporting staff
- Dealing with complaints
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
