If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Team Manager to join Birmingham Trust - Leaving Care Team. This is a full-time role offering Up to £41.42/hr

Overview:

• The suitable candidate will provide training for staff, around Leaving Care, and must know what good looks like.
• They must have energy and enthusiasm for our work, and be creative in their approach.
• This role will not involve team manager duties , as it will be working across the Trust to assist in planning training and coordination of pathway plans, with a focus on early preparation and target setting for the journey into adulthood.
• Experience of Looked After Children and knowledge in relation to Leaving Care is essential.
• Clients aim to work in a strengths-based way and are passionate about achieving good outcomes for Looked After children and Care Leavers.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS

Experience:

• Children's Social worker
