Job Description:
Are you an experienced social worker with strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of care? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Manager to lead the Review Team in Gateshead.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the Review Team, providing supervision, guidance, and support to team members.
Conducting and overseeing comprehensive reviews of care plans to ensure they meet the needs and goals of service users.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community organizations to coordinate and improve care.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of reviews, interventions, and outcomes in line with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Proven experience in a social work role, with significant experience in a leadership or management position.
