Team ManagerInterim contract£337 – £412 per day, inside IR35, UmbrellaSouthwest EnglandInterviews are taking place ASAP with a start date required over the next 3 weeks.A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Children with Disabilities Team Manager to join a Local Authority Service in the Southwest of England. You’ll deliver improved outcomes with exceptional leadership within a Residential Setting specific to Short Break Disability services. We’re seeking an experienced leader to support the processes and procedures and have Operational Management of a successful Short Breaks Service within the area.About your role as Team ManagerThe setting is dedicated to Disabled Children with complex needs.Supporting the service with full Ofsted Registration and all processes surrounding this.Supporting with the Ofsted improvement agenda through leading/delegating responsibilities to support effective long-term change.Compliance includes extensive knowledge of the regulations.Process management including staffing rota system, interim staff management during staff absence, staff supervision, training and case file audits for children.Supporting recruitment and retention of staff – new service being established.Leadership/behavioural change to align with routines and patterns to benefit the young people in the unit.Staff development including action plans, training sessions & materials, resource allocation, and impact risk assessments for changes made.Your required experience as a Team Manager You will be an established senior leader with recent experience in a children’s residential setting as a Team Manager/ Registered Manager.Demonstrable background establishing long-term embedded change to be child-led whilst also demonstrating improved practice and outcomes in accordance with Ofsted regulations.Ability to identify positive outcomes or change within a Residential setting.Minimum Level 4 or higher qualification in Leadership and ManagementAbility to create and report monthly action plans and demonstrate progress at meetings.If you’re interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail or know someone whom this may be of interest to, please contact me on ##### ##### or apply today.(We offer a senior referral scheme upon successful placement of your recommendation so please do get in contact)
