Team Manager

Are you a skilled and compassionate Team Manager ready to lead and support a dynamic team in Adult Services?

An exciting contract opportunity has emerged in Renfrewshire, where you will manage services supporting individuals aged 16 and over, including those with physical disabilities, dementia, and older adults. This role requires office presence and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee case management, care planning, and service coordination.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring compliance with statutory and policy frameworks.
• Foster partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Provide professional guidance, supervision, and support to staff.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience in Adult Services or a related care environment.
• In-depth understanding of adult care legislation, safeguarding, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and partners.
