We're seeking a Team Manager to oversee our supported living services in Bude, St Austell, and Launceston. If you're a dedicated leader with a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism, this is your opportunity to make a real difference!

Your Role

Inspire & Lead - Guide your team to deliver exceptional, person-centered support.
Enhance Support Plans - Ensure care plans foster independence and well-being.
Strengthen Community Ties - Help individuals build relationships and life skills.
Motivate & Develop Staff - Provide supervision, support, and leadership to your team.

What You'll Bring
Proven Leadership - Experience managing teams in social care. Passion & Commitment - A drive to enrich lives. Full UK Driving Licence - Travel across East Cornwall NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to train) - Grow and develop with us!
