Team Manager

We're looking for a Team Manager to oversee our supported living services in Liskeard and Callington. If you're a passionate leader ready to empower individuals with learning disabilities and autism, this is your chance to make a real difference!

What You'll Do

Lead & Motivate - Support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
Develop Support Plans - Ensure care plans promote independence and well-being.
Engage with the Community - Help individuals build meaningful connections and life skills.
Supervise & Support Staff - Keep your team motivated, informed, and empowered.

What You'll Need

Leadership Experience - Managing and motivating teams in social care.
Passion for Care - A commitment to enriching lives.
Full UK Driving Licence - Travel across East Cornwall.
NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to train) - Grow with us!
