We are not able to sponsor work VISAs at this time.Melius Cyber are looking to appoint an Team Secretary/Business Administrator to support business operations and the management team. You will play a vital role in supporting the operation in the next stage of our growth plans.This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful growing business with opportunities for advancement.The role:In line with the company values you will support the Operations Teams providing effective secretarial, administration and organisational support.Key responsibilities:Support the day-to-day comprehensive administration support, providing essential efficient administration in the delivery of services.Be responsible for basic HR and Recruitment activities and vetting procedures (including Right to Work validation), adhering to GCPR processes. This includes the on-boarding of new employees.Support/identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.Maintain accurate records and data in our internal systems and CRM application, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.Provide admin support to the sales operation. This includes co-ordinating customer contracts, creation of proposals, sales collateral, presentations, co-ordination of events etc. Provide admin support the marketing operation. This includes assisting in lead generation activities such as segmenting databases to target opportunities, create email marketing campaigns, update social media, maintain calendar of events etc.Maintain and distribute documentation in line with our ISO27001 and ISO9001 certification as well as assisting in annual internal and external audits.Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, including answering incoming calls.Prioritise and manage ad hoc internal projects.Provide other general admin support across the business as and when required.Skills and experience:The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and experience required for the role:Minimum 3 years experience in either a secretarial or office management role.Experience of overseeing general office operations with the desire to develop further in this area.Be a good team player with experience of working in a fast-paced administration environment at a higher level, whilst maintaining accuracy and quality.Detail-focused professional with a passion for administration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a list of tasks whilst working alone or as part of a team.A good understanding of the sales process from lead generation to sale would be advantageous.Experience of marketing processes and procedures, including social media management would also be advantageous (Linked-in, Facebook).Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent customer service / interpersonal skills with both internal and external stake holdersProblem solving and resourcefulness.ICT Skills: Typing minimum 60 wpmProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is essenntial.
