ROLE
A prestigious UK firm is seeking a Technology Disputes Associate to join their market leading team in London. You'll advise clients on a range of cyber and technology-related disputes including data breaches, IP disputes, and regulatory investigations. This role sits within the firm's Tier 1 Commercial Litigation team.
You'll work on a range of matters including: IT, cryptocurrency, digital asset theft, software licensing, data breach and privacy claims, AI, competition, cyber security, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years PQE in a high performing Disputes/Commercial Litigation team at a top tier law firm
A true practice focus on data and IT related issues
Exemplary academic record
