Developing your skills you will provide customer support for our solutions and software.ResponsibilitiesInvestigating customer requests by analyzing and replicating scenariosFacilitating analysis by development teams.Interacting with the various software teams (Product Manager, Expert, Product Delivery Manager).Analyzing and reproduce customer cases, contributing your technical expertise.Ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Managing crises by providing clear and precise statuses.Requirementshave a higher education qualification (engineering or university), and initial experience in a similar position.Be familiar with databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL)Experience of Unix (AIX, Solaris) and MQSeries environmentsHave knowledge of application servers (TomCat, WebSphere, WebLogic) would be idealHave fluent spoken and written English required (contact with customers across Europe)Demonstrate a culture of customer satisfaction, and a curiosity to learn about our in-house software and solutions.Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here
