This is a really good time to join a rapidly growing business with some brilliant projects happening right now.Job Description:Assist the technical sales team in providing detailed product information to clients.Respond to technical inquiries from clients regarding product specifications, applications, and usage.Help troubleshoot and resolve product issues in collaboration with the technical support team.Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and tracking sales activities.Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products.Follow up with clients’ post-sales to ensure product performance meets expectations.Process sales orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate logistics for product deliveries.You are:
Proven experience in a sales support or an NPD role, preferably in the beauty industry. Strong understanding of beauty products, their applications, and industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
