We are searching for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) / Implementation) to run client on-boarding and set up client connectivity projects. My client is known globally and well respected and is constantly expanding their business through growth, they wish to continue its reputation for providing a world class platform with a world class services with the addition of this Technical Account Manager (TAM) role.As the TAM you will have the following responsibilities:Manage the on-boarding of new clients, liaising with support, sales other internal teams to provide first class serviceProven track record of owning the client relationshipThe ability to communicate technical requirementsWorking with the traders and support team to keep clients fully updated and acting as the single point of contact for my clients tier 1 clientsProviding functional and technical support advice, attending face to face customer meetings to provide training and manage new releases and functionalityMaintain strong relationships with clients and deliver excellence in every aspectI am looking for the following skills and experience:Strong knowledge or background of trading systems OMS, EMS, PMSTechnical experience of MS stack .Net, SQL and WindowsAdditional experience of HTML 5, LINUX, UNIX, Python or FIX connectivity is highly advantageousExcellent knowledge of Derivatives and Equity asset classesExcellent client facing and presentation skills essential for this role.This is a great opportunity to work directly with leading Asset managers and hedge fund clients as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) You will build strong relationships and be the key component in the successful on-boarding of new clients.
