The Role:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of AI-driven solutions. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and clients, providing expertise, guidance, and strategic insight. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, client management skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, propose AI-driven solutions, and guide them through the implementation process.
• Develop and deploy bespoke AI models, with a strong focus on data manipulation, analysis, and machine learning.
• Contribute to solution design and ideation, ensuring best practices in coding, deployment, and model explainability.
• Engage in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to bids and proposals.
• Spend time on-site with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their technical needs are met.
• Work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including defence, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Support in-house research and development, helping to bring innovative capabilities to our clients.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant technical role.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with data science, machine learning, and AI libraries.
• Expertise in deep learning and building custom AI models.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Git and best coding practices.
• Experience with solution design and ideation.
• Prior exposure to client-facing roles and project delivery.

Desired:

• Broader software development experience.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Previous exposure to reinforcement learning and deploying models into production environments.
• Knowledge of model explainability, interpretability, and handling multi-modal data sets.

General Skills:

• Comfortable spending time on-site with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Willingness to engage in business development activities and contribute to broader company objectives.
• Flexibility to work on projects across different sectors, adapting to new challenges and environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, agile team, driving in-house research and innovation.
