Purpose of the Role:
The Technical Account Manager plays a crucial role in the clients customer-facing team, engaging with a range of existing customers through established accounts, contracts, and ad-hoc needs. The role involves managing technical services at customer sites and the company's factory, overseeing the sale of new and legacy products, and coordinating repair services for customer equipment.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Comprehensive understanding of business principles related to pricing, gross profit margins, cost estimating, and cost accounting.
Technical knowledge sufficient to understand engineering work requirements, interface with engineers, and manage work packages.
Experience in project and operations management, particularly within a fast-moving SME environment.
