Technical Architect MS Dynamics (Interim- Outside of IR35)

Zapsa is a talent acquisition consulting partner looking to work with a significant organisation undergoing a transition project and implementing MS Dynamics. The project is going live and needs a strong Technical Architect to help drive go-live, BAU, and subsequent enhancements.Our client is supported by the internal Dynamics 365 team, which provides first-class services in all areas of business operations, such as Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform. Projects run through their veins, and teamwork is the backbone of every endeavour they take.We are looking for an interim Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE Solution Architect.Key Activities:Support current implementation through go live and subsequent road mapUnderstand, structure and prepare adequate responses to Client needs, both on business and technical levels,Propose comprehensive, complete and straight-to-the-point solutions based on identified requirements and adequate technology stack,Outline and design proper corporate architecture with a particular focus on the transition of the existing technology landscape into the target, industry-standard one,Ability to think strategically, out-of-the-box, taking into account industry standards and existing “best of breed” solutions,Helping customers to define MVP, product and architecture roadmaps,Working independently with the stakeholders (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting or implementing solutions to customers) and being effective in fostering executive-level relationships,Taking responsibility as Solution Architect for the conceptual side of both the design process and subsequent delivery,Guiding the internal stakeholders and customers on how to get the best value from the proposed solution,Proactively sharing knowledge as well introducing new people to the team, and teaching others,The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.Apply if you have:5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant or Architect, with at least four end-to-end projects in the portfolio,A technical background in previous roles,Understanding of customisation patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM at the level allowing to specify custom solutions for developersIdeally, experience in business processes, including Finance, CE-CRM, and Retail, is required.Knowledge of infrastructure, Azure D365 Deployments, integrations, and customisations within Dynamics 365 F&O at the level allowing to blueprint the solution and build credibility within the internal client,inspire and guide people towards a common goal for everyone’s benefit,Excellent communication and presentation skills,A good understanding of agile and waterfall project management and software development approaches,Open-minded, seeking innovative solutions, creative approach for solving everyday challenges across projects,Self-Starter Attitude,The capability of managing communication in a team, moderating discussions, drawing constructive conclusions, resolving conflicts,Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills,Are fluent in English.
