An award-winning, top AJ100 architectural practice with a global presence is seeking a talented Technical Architect or Technologist to join their London studio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile aviation projects within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project leads to assess environmental, legal, and regulatory considerations.
- Contribute to planning applications and regulatory submissions.
- Prepare and present design proposals using Revit.
- Develop detailed specifications for materials and processes.
- Conduct design-stage risk assessments and advise on refurbishment strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:- ARB-registered Architect with post-Part III experience or qualified Technologist with proven technical design expertise.
- Strong commitment to producing high-quality design information with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe packages and Photoshop; Revit experience is highly advantageous.
- Technical experience in multiple sectors is preferred, with a strong focus on aviation-related projects.
