Salary: £60000 per annum + 10% performance bonus
Job Summary:
Digital Skills is partnered with a growing IT consultancy who are seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate Bid Manager to head up their bid activities by preparing and submitting competitive bids for IT opportunities, with a particular focus on the UK Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the triage of the initial tender opportunity, through to development and submission of a final proposal, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
Manage and generate well-polished' presentations as needed as part of the Client selection process and present bid strategies to senior management.
Coordinate with sales, technical, operational teams as well as external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation.
Analyse RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and other tender documents to understand client requirements, evaluate feasibility to bid.
Write and edit technical documents, ensuring clarity, compliance, and compelling value propositions.
Conduct risk assessments for potential projects, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
