Technical Business Analyst

This is a brand-new role for a talented Technical Business Analyst to join a high-profile Non-Profit organisation as they expand their technology division to drive even greater impact. The Analyst will hold a key role in the delivery of LS Retail POS system across the business estate, and will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem. The individual in this role will be asked to: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and technical constraints related to POS systems.Analyse and document detailed technical requirements for POS system implementations and enhancements.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions specific to POS systems.Configure and customise POS modules to meet client needs, including system configurations, data migrations, and integrations.Work closely with development teams to design and implement customisations and extensions within POS systems.Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure POS solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after POS system implementations.And should have: Prior experience as a Technical Business AnalystA background working with Point of Sale systems, ideally LS RetailExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Any Relevant Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications would be helpful This is a pragmatic, humble and well regarded Charitable organisation who are looking for like minded people to help them redefine their technology offering.
