Contract - Business Partner/Analyst - �301.60 UMBRELLA / �219.52 PAYE - Inside IR35 - Mostly Remote with Travel Required - Northern Ireland
The Technical Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the implementation and optimisation of business information systems across multiple directorates. Acting as an advisor on large-scale ICT projects, this role involves identifying opportunities for innovation, improving service delivery, and ensuring alignment with organisational strategies. The position requires close collaboration with ICT leadership, stakeholders, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and support large-scale/complex ICT projects, providing guidance on service-led initiatives
- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance service delivery across directorates
- Serve as the main contact point for assigned projects, coordinating with ICT Heads of Service and stakeholders
- Collaborate with directorates to align ICT initiatives with organisational goals and improve operational efficiency
- Attend meetings and participate in projects across sites as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (QCF Level 6) or higher in Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology desirable
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver impactful results
- Expertise in Business Analysis Management, including planning, prioritisation, and evaluation
- Experience with investigation techniques such as document analysis, workshops, and analytical tools
- Policy development, implementation, and evaluation experience
