Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented�Inventory Transfer Specialist�to support the efficient and accurate transfer of materials from one location to another. This role requires hands-on inventory checks, reporting, and collaboration with Peterson Base Ops to ensure materials are properly accounted for and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with�Peterson Base Ops�to facilitate the seamless transfer of inventory materials.


• Conduct�physical checks�of all transferred materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and overall condition.


• Inspect materials with a�shelf-life (e.g., O-rings, seals, etc.), update expiry dates on the tracking spreadsheet, and quarantine expired items.


• Identify and isolate�damaged or poor-condition materials, flagging them for further investigation and potential disposal.


• Update the�Inventory Report�to confirm quantities and record the�new location�within Edzell or Prax warehouses.


• Prepare and�submit daily reports�to the PX Material Controller for master inventory updates.

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in�inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.


• Strong�attention to detail�and ability to conduct accurate stock checks.


• Knowledge of�shelf-life management�and storage best practices for industrial materials.


• Proficiency in using�spreadsheets and inventory management systems.


• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective�communication with teams.


• Familiarity with�health & safety standards�in warehouse environments.
