A market leader in partnership housing is looking for that rare addition to their technical team. They are looking for that hard to find unicorn of a Technical Coordinator who is just as comfortable dealing with Section 38 and 104 agreements as they are checking drawings and doing layout designs.

With a salary of up to �55k and car/car allowance on offer this extremely stable and financially sound housing expert are looking for someone to join their close-knit team and make a real impact. Looking after typically 2/3 site in various stages of completion across the East Midlands this role offers you the chance to demonstrate your worth, to make an impact and in turn gain promotion and progression.

Typical duties will include:

  • Overseeing the technical aspects of residential construction or renovation projects, ensuring they meet specifications and timelines.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams, addressing issues related to building systems, materials, and methods.
  • Coordinating between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Managing technical documentation, including plans, permits, and progress reports.
  • Identifying and resolving technical problems that arise during construction or renovation projects.
  • Assisting in budget planning and monitoring project costs to keep within financial constraints.
