The Technical Coordinator will assist the design manager in project delivery and bolster organizational resilience, aiming to enhance product quality, value, and customer experience.

The position offers a competitive salary and attractive benefits, including the option to work from home up to two days per week following the probation period.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Technical Coordinator:

• Manage Viewpoint for assigned projects.
• Update trackers regularly and obtain necessary approvals.
• Review design information to ensure timely communication and execution.
• Visit sites daily to gain a comprehensive understanding of design, manufacturing, and site delivery.
• Coordinate drawings to prevent any gaps in design or construction scope.
• Provide project status updates and actively participate in meetings.
• Experience in architectural or engineering practices.
• Experience working with developers or main contractors.
• Ability to enhance communication and culture within a diverse and dynamic team.
• Resilient, driven, forward-thinking, conscientious, reliable, creative, and adaptable.
• Able to manage or step up to manage the design and technical aspects of developments with the support of the department manager.
